Spacious room (Suite) and Good Facilities
Location: 4.5/5 Check in: 4/5 Room condition: 4.5/5 Breakfast spread: 4/5 Facilities: 4.5/5 Overall, this is a good stay. Check in took more than 15 minutes despite not many people. Booked junior studio suite and standard twin room. The suite is spacious and very comfortable for 3 adults (we requested additional bed @ MYR 50+, w/o breakfast). Pool was originally created to separate men and women but it is not separated anymore, so ended up with 2 pools for kids and 2 pools for adults. Breakfast spread is okay - no traditional kuih though. Many foodpanda options available. Close to city center, Aman Central and recommended eateries.

Strategic
Hotel is near to the airport, for those who were driving, its near to the highway. Great view, bet it would be better when the paddy plant ripes with that golden-greenish landscape. Food was moderate but staff attentiveness was superb. Maybe work more on it to cater foreign visitors. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Oh one more thing; the hotel could use a much more softer pillows too :)

We were very impressed with the quality of accommodation. the environment are clean..variety of foods for breakfast..had dinner here..very affordable price n delicious. the staff all very friendly. will go back next time. tq.

Superb!
The room are very clean. All staff are super friendly & helpful. They have a great swimming pool that kids-friendly. Most importantly it’s closes to airport & town. Not to mentioned the parking space are huge. Very recommended.

Clean hotel and friendly staff
The hotel is very clean and they provide sejadah for prayer in every room. Staffs also very friendly and helpful. Also I would recommend each of you to give tips to staff who help to carry your luggage, please la dont be too kedekut, it wont kill pun to give few notes to them. I saw some people muka tak malunya minta tlg and say thanks without giving some tips like hello i know they are being paid but why not appreciate them through tips kan. And would definitely be staying at this hotel in the future.

value for money
the check in and checkout is a breeze. staffs were helpfull and friendly from the receptionist,to the room service, bell boy. parking was ample. rooms were sufficiently spacious. the pool which separates between women, kids and the deep pool was really accomodating. our stay here was really great especially considering the room rate.definitely will be back here again for a short stay.

Superb stay!! This is my second time staying here. All the facilities is superb. Recommended hotel.. Staff very helpful, kindness and polite. Very thankful to staff name Haris (If not mistaken) and his team on the day we check in.. Doing good job and services. We extend 1 night, because of the service given and love all the hospitality.. Awesome view, great stay
A pit stop before heading north. Ample gated parking,room spacious and clean, great padi field view from room. The stay is awesome and value for money. Only that you need to have car ad there is no public transport nor food around the hotel.

Close to Airport and great service
The staff are friend and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean . Ample parking .

Near to Government Office
I stay here due to near to KDN. Just only 5min drive to the location. If you are flight to Alor Setar, this hotel is the best choice.

We were supposed to stay for only 1 night but my husband decided to extend our stay for another night. Hotel room are nice, food are great and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Pools are nice for my kids. Worth every single cent spent. We will choose this hotel again in future

Booked this hotel for my parents, they complimented the room have a very quiet air conditioning. But the wall is quite thin, they can hear the next room conversation. Overall, it's a satisfying stay for them

Raia Hotel, one of the nearest hotel to AOR airport. So for those who wanna stay for one night with family, I personally recommended. Full facilities with hairdryer & provided with cater van to airport. (They are willing to drive & drop off you to airport even if its early morning)
